This drink was designed for the Havana Club Grand Prix. We set out to complement the coffee vanilla flavours of Havana Club 7YO with the berries of Byrrh Grand Quinquina and the citrus of Cocchi Americano (fast becoming one of our very favourite vermouths here). We added some grapefruit bitters, and it really makes the drink pop. Named for our newest nephew, Otis Lomond. We're looking forward to enjoying one with him in 2039.
Pour over ice in a mixing glass and then strain into a coupe. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
